Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the VPNMG marketing website and user panel. It explains what information is handled when providing subscription services, why it is handled, and what users can do. Third-party payment pages are also subject to their own privacy policies.
Account and Transaction Data
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNMG handles usernames, authentication data used to verify logins, and account status to identify accounts, control panel access, and provide subscriptions. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms for this service.
Order records include the selected plan, amount due, payment status, and transaction identifiers needed to process refunds. They are used to deliver services, reconcile payments, and handle disputes. Plan status and traffic usage are used to calculate available benefits; traffic summaries are not records of websites visited.
When a user submits a support ticket, VPNMG handles the ticket content and any attachments the user chooses to provide. Share only information needed to troubleshoot the issue, and redact passwords, full subscription links, and payment details unrelated to the issue.
Scope of the No-Logs Policy
VPNMG does not keep logs of websites users visit through international routes, browsing content, or connection records that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. It does not create browsing profiles linking destinations to accounts for later lookup, nor use such records for advertising profiles.
Temporary operational states needed to establish connections and transfer data are used only for current communications and are not retained as connection histories afterward. Account, order and traffic summary data, along with user-submitted issue reports, are service administration records rather than browsing logs and are handled under this policy.
This policy does not mean that every website is unable to identify visitors. A destination website may handle user information through its own login accounts, cookies, or other mechanisms. Its practices are not covered by this policy.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Analytics on the marketing website help us understand page visits, entry points, and button usage so we can improve content and user flows. Analytics are limited to interactions with the website and are not used to collect activity on other websites accessed through international routes.
Cookies and browser local storage may be used to maintain sessions, save login credential status and language preferences, and reduce repetitive actions. These functions are separate from browsing records on network routes. Users can restrict cookies or clear site data in their browser settings; doing so may require logging in again and resetting preferences.
After logging out, especially on a shared device, make sure the session has ended. Clearing browser data affects only the current device and does not automatically delete accounts or orders from the server.
Third-Party Payments and Disclosure
This service supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third parties. VPNMG receives payment results and transaction identifiers needed to verify orders and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
Third parties may handle payment details under their own policies; review the relevant information before paying. VPNMG handles and discloses information only as needed to deliver services, process transactions, maintain systems, or meet applicable legal obligations. Account data is not sold for commercial marketing. Legally submitted data requests cover only information actually held; they cannot produce browsing records that this service does not retain.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as required for reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable laws. Support ticket data is retained while an issue is being handled and for any necessary review; analytics are used only for as long as needed for analysis. When a purpose ends and there is no further basis for retention, relevant data should be deleted or anonymized. Different data types do not all have the same retention period.
Users can submit access, correction, or deletion requests through a panel support ticket. Account ownership may need to be verified before processing a request. Deleting an account may affect access to subscriptions and historical records; if some transaction data must still be retained, the reason will be explained. Stopping use of the service or clearing local storage does not constitute a deletion request.
Policy Updates and Privacy Questions
When data handling practices change, VPNMG will update this page and the date at the top. Important changes involving purposes, data scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Any matters requiring separate consent will be handled as applicable.
For questions about this policy or data handling, describe the relevant page and issue in a panel support ticket. Service rules are set out in the Terms of Service, and refund arrangements in the Refund Policy; each document explains its own scope.
