VPNMG Setup Guide

Set up an account, import a subscription, and check that your connection works. Already have an account or client? Jump to the relevant step.

Set up an account and save your credentials

First, open the account setup page in the VPNMG user dashboard and follow the prompts to choose a username and password. No email address is required. You’ll use these credentials to sign in, view orders, and manage subscriptions. Choose a password you don’t use on other sites, and save it in a trusted password manager. Don’t send your password and subscription link together to anyone.

After submitting the form, check for a confirmation message or see whether you’ve been taken to your account overview. If the username is unavailable, choose another and try again. If a field contains an error, check that field rather than repeatedly refreshing the page. If you already have an account, use “Log in” in the navigation instead of creating another one; this keeps your orders and subscriptions together.

Once you can access the dashboard, make sure you’re signed in to the account you just saved before choosing a plan. Account setup and plan activation are separate steps: check your plan status in the dashboard rather than assuming your subscription is ready just because you can sign in. If you have trouble logging in, check the account and subscription guidance in the Help Center before trying again.

First Month Free

Choose a plan and complete your order

Open the plans section in the dashboard. Check the billing type first, then the data allowance. If you use the service regularly, compare the monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. If you’re new, choose based on your typical usage; data allowance is not a measure of server speed.

If your usage varies, you can also choose a data package: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, or ¥658 for 3000GB. Data packages last until used and never expire, unlike monthly plans that reset each month. Consider whether you need an ongoing monthly plan or data to use from time to time. See the plans page for full pricing details.

Choose a plan in the dashboard, then check the plan name, amount, and data allowance in your order before following the payment instructions. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. After paying, return to the dashboard and check the order result and plan status. If your payment provider shows the payment as complete but the dashboard hasn’t updated, refresh the order status or return to the overview to check before submitting another order.

VPNMG supports unlimited simultaneous devices, so choose a plan based on your usage habits and data needs. If you upgrade a monthly plan, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check the result shown in the dashboard before confirming. This service offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for details on how to request one. Once your plan is active, get your subscription and add it to a client.

Choose this plan

Get your subscription link from the dashboard

Open your account overview and find the subscription or import section. A subscription link lets a compatible client load the server configuration for your account. It isn’t a regular webpage to open in a browser or an installation file. If the dashboard offers different formats or import options for different clients, choose the option that matches the client you plan to use.

To import manually, use the copy option in the dashboard to copy the complete link to your clipboard, then switch to your client and paste it. Don’t add spaces, line breaks, or other text before or after the link, and don’t edit its parameters. If the dashboard can open the client directly, follow the prompts. When your browser asks whether to open an app, check that the app name matches the client you want to use. If it doesn’t open, you can still copy and paste the link instead.

Your subscription link contains account access information, so protect it like a password. Don’t paste it into public group chats, public screenshots, online format converters, or unfamiliar diagnostic tools. When contacting support, describe your platform, client, and error message first. If you need to share a screenshot, hide the link and any identifying details. If you think the link has been exposed, check whether the dashboard offers a reset option or ask for help through a support ticket.

After copying the link, leave the dashboard open and go to the client downloads section. The next step adds the subscription to your client; pasting it multiple times won’t create another plan. If the client says the format isn’t supported, check the import format in the dashboard instead of modifying the link.

Import the client on each platform

Open the client downloads section in the user dashboard and find the VPNMG client and instructions for your operating system. Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux clients are available after signing in; iOS access depends on dashboard permissions. The steps below describe how to use clients that support subscription management. Button names may vary between apps, and you don’t need to find installation files from other sources.

Windows: Add a remote subscription

Get the Windows client from the dashboard, install it, and open the main window. Find the “Configuration,” “Subscription,” or “Profile” section, then choose an option such as adding a remote configuration or importing from a link. Paste the full subscription link copied from the dashboard. If a name is required, use a label that’s easy for you to recognize. Save and update or refresh the configuration, then check that the server list appears.

When the servers appear, select the newly added configuration to make it active, then open the proxy or server page and choose an exit server. Some desktop clients minimize to the system tray, so closing the main window may not exit the app. When checking your connection later, look at the status in both the main window and system tray. If your system asks for network access, verify the app’s source and name before following the client’s instructions.

macOS: Import and select the active configuration

Choose the macOS client in the dashboard, install it, and open it. If macOS shows a source or permissions warning, first confirm that you downloaded the app from the dashboard, then follow the system prompts. There’s no need to change security settings unrelated to this installation. Open the client’s configuration or subscription manager, choose the option to add from a URL, paste the full subscription link, and save and update the configuration.

After the configuration loads, make sure it’s selected as the active configuration, then choose a server. macOS clients may provide connection controls or system proxy settings through a menu bar icon. If the subscription imports successfully but webpages still load the same way, check these controls instead of adding the subscription again. Network permission prompts vary by client, so follow the instructions shown on your Mac.

Android: Add a subscription and confirm system permissions

Get and install the Android client from the dashboard, then open its subscription or configuration page. Choose an option such as Add or Import from link, paste the subscription link, and save it. Run an update. Once the server list appears, enable the configuration and choose a server to connect. The first time the client sets up a system connection, Android may ask for VPN connection permission. Make sure the prompt is from the client you’re using, then allow it as instructed.

If the connection drops after you switch to another app, return to the client and check its status. Then check whether your system is restricting the app’s background activity. Settings vary by device, so avoid changing several options at once. Keep the default settings for an initial test, then consult the help guidance if a specific problem occurs.

iOS: Get and import the client through the dashboard

First, check the iOS client option in the dashboard. The iOS client is available through the App Store, and the direct link is shown only to accounts with an active, unexpired plan. Being able to sign in to the dashboard doesn’t necessarily mean the link is available. If you don’t see it, check the current account and plan status, then follow the dashboard instructions. Don’t use installation files intended for other platforms on iOS.

After installing and opening the client, go to its subscription, configuration, or import-from-URL section and add the link as described in the dashboard. If you use the dashboard’s option to open the client, check that a new configuration was added and update it to load the servers. The first time you connect, iOS may ask for permission to add a VPN configuration. Confirm, then return to the client and check the connection status. For issues with App Store availability, client access, or permissions, see the Help Center.

Linux users can also get the appropriate client from the dashboard and import the subscription using the platform-specific instructions. On any system, the import is complete when the configuration is saved, updates successfully, and displays a server list. Once those checks pass, verify the connection to help determine whether a problem is with loading the subscription or connecting to the network.

Get the client

Connect and verify your setup

Return to the client’s main screen and make sure the configuration you just imported is active, then choose an exit server from the list. For your first connection, choose a region that suits the service you want to access. There’s no need to adjust protocols, rules, or advanced network settings at the same time. After connecting, check that the client clearly shows a connected status and that the system proxy or network connection is enabled as required. Seeing a server name alone doesn’t mean your traffic is using it.

Next, open a browser and visit the website you want to use. Check that it loads and that you can continue as expected. You can also use this site’s network check to see your current exit information and help determine whether browser traffic is using the selected server. Interpret the results in light of your routing mode: split tunneling can send different websites along different routes, so a local exit shown on one test page doesn’t prove that nothing is working.

If the client shows that you’re connected but the website won’t load, close other apps that may be controlling the proxy, then check the active configuration, selected server, and connection toggle. Next, switch servers and retry the same page without changing anything else. If the service itself requires an account, regional eligibility, or an active subscription, a working network connection won’t replace those requirements. Check account-related messages on the website separately from client connection errors.

If no server list appears, go back to the subscription and import steps. Check that you copied the entire link, selected the right format, and that the configuration update completed without errors. If the list is there but the connection fails, check your plan status, remaining data, and local network. Troubleshooting in this order helps distinguish an import format issue from a server connection issue and avoids unnecessary client reinstalls.

Once everything works, keep the current configuration. If the dashboard says the server configuration has been updated, refresh the subscription in your client. To use another device, repeat the steps to get a client and import the subscription on that device. VPNMG supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but keep an eye on your plan’s data usage. Being able to use multiple devices doesn’t mean you can share your account or subscription link publicly.
